Report Anonymously

You have chosen to report something anonymously.

By making an anonymous report, a member of the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure team will contact you to discuss your report via anonymous emails. Your identity will remain anonymous unless a serious safeguarding concern arises, in which case the email address you provided may be accessed. The information you provide is still important to us and anonymous reports will be reviewed to identify any issues or risks that need to be considered or patterns / areas of unacceptable behaviour so we can implement proactive and preventative measures.

Making an anonymous report informs Morgan Sindall Infrastructure that something has happened. This will not instigate any part of a formal process or complaint.

This does not initiate a formal complaints process. Formal complaints or grievances should follow the grievance policy. Any information you provide will remain private and confidential unless we believe there is serious safety or welfare concern. This platform is monitored Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. It is not monitored during closure periods including bank holidays, annual shutdown, or weekends.
