When should I use these policies?
Reporting concerns through Support and Report doesn’t trigger a complaints procedure.
It’s important that if you have a grievance (whether informal or formal) or whistleblowing concerns, that you follow the correct process. You should raise these types of concerns, issues, or complaints under the relevant policy (Grievance or Whistleblowing), so we can make sure we follow the correct process and take timely and appropriate action.
